Who we are
Muchinda Electrical and Refrigeration Engineers Limited is a leader in the electrical engineering and refrigeration industry, registered under the Companies Act of the Laws of Zambia. The organisation prides itself on the provision of high-quality works to the satisfaction — and usually beyond the expectation — of a large pool of customers.
Established in 2007 by professional electrical engineers, Muchinda has gained vast experience over time through determination and self-motivation. The company has grown from strength to strength, encompassing consultancy services, a contracting wing and two retail outlets.
Muchinda's work spans consultancy, contracting and retail — giving clients a single, accountable partner from initial design advice through to installation, commissioning and after-care.

Eng. Peter Chitumba Simukonda
Director
Peter has over 12 years of experience in the structuring, construction and installation of electrical and refrigeration works. He is resourceful, with vast experience in industrial and home-based high-voltage and machinery installations. Since resigning from ZESCO Limited, he has built Muchinda single-handedly into a strong business entity with a wide clientele and bright future prospects.
Registered with the Engineering Registration Board of Zambia (Electrical/Electronics & Mechanical Engineering, Class C1).
